HYPNOTHERAPY
What is hypnosis?
Our conscious mind runs our outer life. The subconscious is the seat of our emotions. Emotions govern the strength of our desires and these affect our behaviour. Many behaviours have strong emotional content. Hypnosis is used to release stored emotions. Through positive reprogramming the subconscious is directed towards achieving our goals.
The patient in hypnosis is awake but in a relaxed state. In hypnosis you are aware of all physical sensations. Nobody can be hypnotised against their will. Hypnotised people can still reject any suggestions given if they are not appropriate.
The unconscious mind is highly suggestible. Hypnotherapists are people who are trained to help people create positive changes in their lives.
What can hypnotherapy treat?
The field of hypnotherapy stretches from traditional work with weight, smoking and stress to medical uses of hypnosis. In the medical field hypnosis has been effective in working with head injuries, pain management and life threatening diseases.
Are there any side effects?
There are no side effects but results may vary from client to client.
Is it an acceptable form of treatment?
The British Medical Association in 1955 endorsed the practice of hypnosis and today it has become acceptable as an addition to conventional medical treatment.
Hypnotherapy can be an inexpensive way of achieving your goals and lasting happiness.
Your past life can help your future healing. Sometimes we are unhappy and stuck with our lives and know we are more than what we are presenting, unable to achieve what we want. No matter how hard we try we always come up against something in our way.
This is the time to use past life healing and understand the reason behind our feelings. By understanding your past life, it can give you direction for your future healing. There are many areas in our life that can be helped and eased by understanding our past life.
